2326 - Stations Of The Cross

In the afternoon it was sunny, but at that time I was already working. Not so in the morning though. I shortly considered the option to despair and just use an old image again, but then I refused. Fog and snow do not have to be entirely dull 🙂

The Song of the Day is “Stations Of The Cross” from Elvis Costello’s 2010 album “National Ransom”. Hear it on YouTube.

Certainly nothing dull about this photo. I like the extremely subtle shades of white.

You don't want to see what I've done to the histogram 🙂

Gee, what DID you do to the histogram?! Whatever you did, tho, it turned out very well indeed. I too like the subtles differences in the whiteness.

It's so spread out that it's a tad thin 🙂

Does your blog automatically turn off Comments? I haven't been here in quite a while, due to other commitments and not enough time. I'm going through your images backwards, so was disappointed that I can't comment further in the past than this post!

Yes, it does. Spammers love to comment on old posts. It's unlikely anybody reads those comments, but of course they count for the search engines 🙂 Keeping a 14 days window for commenting makes moderation easier. Isn't it terrible what a few unscrupulous spammers have done to the Internet?
