The weather forecast for yesterday warned of a snow storm. It all sounded like some historic blizzard would bury the city under 15 feet of pure white snow.
It did not happen. There is a tiny amount of snow and it’s cold enough for it to stay. Nothing more.

Our snow materialized last weekend as predicted and we ended up with more than 26" in our back yard. I guess the fortunate thing was the prediction for high winds never really materialized, so it was an "easy" 26 inches over the course of 36 hours. Nice perspective - took me a minute to recognize windshield wipers...
