300 - Such A Much

Some titles have it, and Dr. John’s “You Ain’t Such A Much” from the 2004 album “N’Awlinz: Dis Dat Or D’Udda” has it for sure, so when I searched for a song title fitting a jubilee, I simply couldn’t resist.

It was not so easy with the image, because in the morning I had been in a hurry, and on my way home I found nothing appropriate. Entry number 300, you know, that makes you look for something special, and looking for something special is always the best way to block seeing at all. So it was.

I had almost given up when I remembered that yesterday I had seen the door of a shed in our garden here in Vienna, and it had had the number 30 on it. Hmm … I went into the garden, greeted friendly some people who sat there, went straight to the door, took two images, turned around and went up into my apartment. Well, what you see here is some layers later πŸ™‚

Congratulations! 300 is certainly impressive - over what time? "Daily" would imply not even a year? Wow...even more impressive.

If that sign is actually depicting a "30" then... Well, you can share the PS-throne with Ted..πŸ˜‰

Well, it's been daily. I've had some days when I was late, even two or three days at times, but in such cases I have caught up later with two, three or four images at one day.

Mostly the problem was not that I had no image for that particular day, but that I had been late post-processing them and writing the blog entries.

And ... hmm ... yes, the 300 was a 30. In Vienna I am living in Kaiserstraße 30, and in the garden there is a shed with the #30 on it. I took the liberty to give it a boost by a magnitude πŸ™‚

And ... no, I guess I could still learn a trick or two from Ted πŸ™‚

Thanks for your support, after all: it is that feeling why we're doing it, right?
